Route: Riverfront apartments via Weeks Bridge, accidentally went down Putnam-Flagg instead of DeWolfe
Miles: 3.82
Time: ~35 min. I need a watch!
Weather: Cool and sunny; could have worn shorts
Time of Day: 8:30 am
Health: Sluggish at first, no real problems
Limiting Factor: Aerobics, especially near the kick.
Notes: No music. Make this a habit! Also tried to kick too soon and felt my real weakness! Kick from Magnolia for now.

Route: Trader Joe's via Weeks Bridge

Time: ~35 min.
Weather: Perfect.
Time of Day: 4 pm
Health: Good. Noticed upper knee stiffness along river
Limiting Factors: Weighed down by heavy lunch, slight cramps toward the end but not bad!
Notes: headphones gave out halfway through, but ran the rest without music and it was lovely!
