Notes:  Really found my pace today aerobically.  Comfortable the whole way.  No walking but did stop a few times to stretch left hamstring. Most of the soreness is much better though.

Notes: No walking!  Enjoyed traffic light breaks, though.  The soreness slowed me down to what was really a much more sustainable pace.

Notes: Walked a lot.  Went out too fast with upbeat music and adrenaline.  Work on pacing.  Walking is better than stopping.  Took charge on Horse Hill and on Hawthorne with a finishing kick; but try to move beyond the hilltops.
